Marvel’s trickster Loki may have met his match in a brand new Simpsons short for Disney+.
If the God of Mischief thought facing off with the TVA was trouble in his solo series, wait until he meets Springfield’s most notorious 10-year-old in The Good, The Bart, and The Loki.
This brand new Simpsons animated short is set to launch on Disney+ on Wednesday, July 7, and will see Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as the Asgardian god.
The Good, The Bart, and The Loki finds the trickster cast out of Asgard once again, landing him in Springfield for a showdown with the town’s equivalent of the Avengers.

In the face of Ralph Wiggum, Comic Book Guy, Barney Gumble and more of Springfield’s ‘titans’ assembling, Loki finds his own ally in the equally mischievous Bart Simpson.
The Good, The Bart, and The Loki is being released next week to coincide with the fifth episode of Loki, which looks set to upend the Marvel Cinematic Universe after a major death and some huge cameos.
The Simpsons is embracing its newfound connection with Disney, having recently released a Star Wars crossover short in May as well.
In Maggie Simpson in The Force Awakens from its Nap, the youngest Simpson child was only searching for her missing pacifier when she ultimately had to save the entire galaxy too!
